“Mid.”

The bed was comfortable and the location had a ton of character, and most staff were super nice, yet I booked a king balcony room on June 2 for a birthday celebration on 8/22, only to find the parking garage down and tickets missing, the front‑desk Wi‑Fi down, and no balcony rooms available; they moved us between rooms after the event, causing huge inconvenience, and they wouldn’t fix the price discrepancy because it was a third‑party booking, which really spoiled our plans.

“Mixed feelings”

The beds were so comfortable and the lobby and restaurant area were gorgeous; we arrived late and starving, ate at the restaurant which was really good, and the view from our room was gorgeous, with staff being very kind, but we had to walk across the street to park, pay $20 for the garage, and still walk a good distance to the hotel; in the room the tub looked dirty and stained, the wallpaper bubbled with water stains, the TV stand was cheap particleboard that bubbled, and curtain tracks were missing screws and not sturdy, so I felt the price I paid didn’t cover those issues.

“Amazing”

The location is great and the hotel staff were amazing, but I didn’t like that check‑in was on the second floor instead of the first, making it a bit hard to navigate.
