“Very relaxing”
Everything was excellent, but the only downside was that the room was far from town, which made the stay a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast was delicious. The hostess clerk checking us in was the rudest I have ever encountered at a hotel. She couldn’t find our reservation via name or confirmation number and spoke to us like it was our fault. She made us get out of line to help other guests and after 10 minutes, I got back in line and our reservation was magically there. She had the same affect with every customer she helped. The room had some pink mold in the corner of the tub/shower, the bathroom door was original and torn up on the bottom, there were a couple dead mosquitoes on the windowsill

The rooms were excellent, and there was nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious and very cozy, and we enjoyed the fitness centre and hot tub, which were a real treat. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I had a bad night’s sleep because the room was noisy; the fridge and something in the bathroom kept making noise. We didn’t use the aircon, so that wasn’t the issue. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
