I liked the lodge’s location relative to Peró beach, Conchas beach, and the general shops, and I appreciated Mr José Maria’s help with swapping rooms and towels. I was disappointed to be put in a poorly cleaned room on my first night, with a visibly dirty bathroom and torn towels on the bed. We arrived on a Tuesday and the pool had a dirty bottom with some slugs; it wasn't cleaned until Saturday, so I didn't feel comfortable using it.

I really appreciated Simone at reception and the location, but the air conditioning was awful, noisy, and the coffee was very basic.
