“Disappointed by the staff”
The hotel had the standard NH quality. The elevator was dirty, the bathtub was extremely cramped, and I had to double‑park because nothing was available in front of the hotel. No staff came to help with my luggage, even after check‑in while my pregnant wife was in the illegally parked car; nobody offered assistance. I had to carry everything to the room, risking a parking ticket and traffic disruption, and I struggled to cross to the parking lot. The same difficulties happened at checkout.
