Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus, welches von dem Hotel verwaltet wird, bezogen mit 4 Personen. Alles war wie neu und super sauber. Morgens gingen wir in ca. 2 min. zum Hotel Goldener Hahn für ein reichhaltigen Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht ein tolles Gefühl zu vermitteln. Wir dachten, wir könnten das Schwimmbad im Hotel mit benutzen, das war jedoch nicht möglich. Die Gründe weiß ich nicht. Schade. Ansonsten fällt mir nichts ein, alles tipp top

The room was especially beautiful and very quiet. The staff were extremely accommodating, and the location was perfect. There were no negatives.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent and high‑quality, for example with tasty fresh bakery rolls and freshly cut fruit, all lovingly and appetizingly presented. The bathroom had Rituals toiletries, a kettle, and a Nespresso machine in the room. The beach was a short walk away, Friedrichstraße about 15 minutes on foot, and the bus stop was right around the corner (one stop to the station). There was a small pool and sauna in the basement, a bit dark, but everything was tastefully and high‑quality furnished, suitable for a few laps. I booked the room on very short notice and was placed in a small single room on the first floor. The 16 qm listed on the website may be inaccurate; the room was really tiny and a little dated (the bathroom was great!). I was very spontaneous and only stayed for two nights, which was fine, but I wouldn’t book the single again, especially not for a longer stay, as it would be far too small and with two relatively small windows it felt somewhat dark.
