I never got to stay at all.

I didn't stay because the accommodation wasn't there and hasn't been removed; I need a refund. We had to book a different hotel because the races were happening and options were limited. Not satisfied.

Nothing 😡. Turned up to be told the hotel has been closed for a number of weeks and they no longer deal with requested a refund but bookings.com are refusing saying we stayed there which is untrue so anyone looking to book here please don't you will lose your money and have no where to stay

I was scammed: the hotel said they didn't work with us and I had to pay directly to stay, then they denied the refund even after 7 weeks.
