“Conforto”
Everything was clean, the accommodation was good. I had nothing to complain about.
The instructions to access the apartment were complicated, so I ended up sleeping elsewhere because I couldn’t turn the lights on.
I couldn’t get into the room and the staff didn’t help; my payment was not refunded.
“Nos estafaron”
We arrived and nobody answered the door; the place was a scam. Booking had to find us another accommodation, which we paid for, and we’re still waiting for the refund of the difference. They’re outright scammers!
It’s close to most things, but it gets noisy at night and the other tenants are inconsiderate, not respecting quiet hours.
