“Praktisch ok ifv je vlucht”

We chose this place because it sits right next to the airport, which was convenient for us. The surrounding area, however, was awful; we arrived after dark and felt unsafe walking on the streets, with a lot of prostitution visible.

“Place good staff non existent !”

The location is excellent for airport access, the gardens are lovely and relaxing, and the room was clean and spacious. The only issue was that no one was at reception, so when we needed anything we couldn’t reach anyone, and when our friends arrived they had to wait outside the gates for about 20 minutes while a taxi driver tried to contact someone from the property to let them in—definitely not ideal; the hotel would benefit from having a receptionist as a point of contact.

The TV had very few channels, and there was no air freshener in the toilet.

“Perfect airport accommodation for a couple of days rest to enjoy the sights of Joburg”

The property is being renovated, but we were able to move into a pool‑view room and enjoy the gardens and pool area; the staff were very accommodating. The neighbourhood was a bit rough, so we didn’t venture out.
