“4th stay at our favourite ibiza hotel”

Everything about this hotel impressed us; it was our fourth stay. However, the food, especially breakfast, has changed a lot—it’s colder and offers less variety now. The poolside menu is very limited, pricey, and only offers full meals. Why change it? Snacks and similar items would fit better during the day, which explains the low lunch numbers. A supermarket and sandwich shop are nearby.

“Wohlfühloase”

The location of the hotel, the furnishings, the pool area, the spacious, tastefully decorated rooms, the lounge, the garden, the rich, high‑quality breakfast, the tapas, and the qualified, friendly staff were all praised, and problems were resolved promptly while wishes were accommodated. The only issue for Level guests was that there was only a small elevator, which they had to wait for long in the mornings.

The breakfast and location were positive. We had stayed at this hotel two years ago, but we notice that some renovation is still needed in the rooms. It remains a very good hotel, just a bit behind on maintenance.

The setting was relaxing and the staff wonderful; our room was huge. The only downside was that the food in the hotel restaurant by the pool was of poor quality and overpriced.

The location is top‑class, the staff friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful.
