The value for money was excellent, but the room was very small and the bathroom was shared.

The only good thing was the location and the price. The shared bathroom needs more showers and more toilets, not just one bathroom for all the room guests.

There’s no breakfast, but a metro and bus stop are close by, and a Sainsbury’s is open until 11 pm. The place feels a bit worn out: tiles are cracked, the bathroom is moldy, and it’s time for an upgrade.
The metro was close and the location was good, but the beds were not great, there were other guests, and it was very noisy. Cleaning was lacking, the tiles were broken everywhere in the bathroom, the toilet on the first floor was catastrophic, and the shower was in a broom cupboard.

The spot is spot on – only three minutes from Stepney Green subway station and super quiet at night, plus a few grocery shops nearby. The place and the room were spotless. The only gripe is the lack of soundproofing; I could hear everyone entering and every step in the hallway, so if you’re a light sleeper, choose a room farther from the front door.
