The building was newly renovated and managed remotely, with electronic door access and a communal kitchen. My room on the second floor was right next to the kitchen, but no one else seemed to be there, so there was no noise. The room was small yet fully equipped. Breakfast was provided via a voucher that you redeem at a local café just a five‑minute walk away. Nothing else to note.

Located right in the center of Vasto, it’s convenient for evening outings. The building is clean and modern, offering several comforts. The breakfast was a drawback because you have to go to a nearby bar instead of inside the hotel; it would be better to use the fridge and have a small kitchen area with a kettle, coffee, and tea. Parking was a bit tricky to find, but since we were locals we managed, even during the Ferragosto week. The room was a bit small, and for a seaside holiday you’d need an outdoor terrace or something to dry a towel and swimsuit, which isn’t available.
