The hotel sits in a prime spot near the city center, right by the sights we wanted to see. The staff were great—friendly, courteous, and quick with check‑in and check‑out. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with good beds, a fully functional bathroom, and all the amenities working. At the lobby entrance there’s a shopping mall packed with food options, which is a big plus for families. The place feels safe. We didn’t eat at the buffet, so I can’t comment on that. We were assigned a room with a street view; despite sleeping well, the noise was significant—there was a karaoke bar, street vendors, and noisy vehicles all night. The other room faced the inner courtyard and had no such disturbances. Some hotel corridors had poor lighting; an upgrade would help. The shower head is low, which might be uncomfortable for taller guests.
