The room was very clean and nicely decorated, and I liked the walk‑in shower. The bedside table lacks a charging port, so you have to find an outlet; luckily I had a plug. When I arrived, the front desk person couldn’t find my reservation. I pulled out my phone and before I could even say the confirmation number, she stopped me and said that was not our confirmation number. I showed her the confirmation email, and finally she said they had my name backwards – my first name was listed as my last name in the reservation. I’m not sure how she couldn’t find it, but after that her attitude changed. Whether or not someone has a reservation or not, you should still be courteous.

Excellent stay. Very close to I‑95. The room was very comfortable and squeaky clean. The common area was lovely. Breakfast was delightful. I liked it so much that I will definitely look for a TRU hotel next time I travel. Nothing. It was a perfect stay.
