The room was fine overall, and parking was nearby and free. However, at 1 minute before 9, all food had already been removed—something we noticed as we approached—so we missed the included breakfast; the staff at check‑in didn’t mention the breakfast time (and I forgot to ask). Also, something in the room, on the floor or carpet, bit me around my ankles/low legs; I applied itch cream and it disappeared.

The location was close to my destination, but the water pressure in the bathroom shower was weak, making it hard to get a good shower. The iron in the room was broken or not working, and one pillow was missing from the bed.

It was quite, but that is it. The staff were extremely disrespectful and unhelpful, they didn’t know how to properly speak to someone, and my room was covered with spiders and mildew!

I paid online. When I arrived, they demanded a $100 deposit plus a $20 deposit for my pet. An unknown large deposit was required after I had already paid here; I almost had nowhere to sleep and no money because they wouldn’t refund for 10 days—ridiculous. I will never use booking again.
