We only stayed 15 minutes, unpacked our car, saw people walking around drinking, and the neighbors in the next room were loud with paper‑thin walls, so we packed up again and went back to reception feeling unsafe; the room itself was very clean, the receptionist understood our concerns and refunded us quickly, but the area and other visitors were disappointing.
