The hotel is great, the food is lovely, and the location is very good. I stayed for a week and didn’t receive new bedding.

The location was good, but parking is very limited. If you pay for a spot, you’ll get one in a garage, yet the garage is cramped and hard to navigate, so bring a small car. Our room had many tiny ants and they couldn’t move us to another room; a staff member sprayed bug spray in ours for less than 30 seconds to address the problem.

“Super!!! Perto de tudo , café e quarto maravilhoso!”

The hotel is wonderful! The café is amazing, offering fruit, yogurt, granola, eggs, omelets, tea, coffee, and juices. The reception staff, especially those working overnight, were very helpful. The gym opens at 7:00 and was opened early for us. The Brazilian housekeeper from Mato Grosso was also fantastic! The rooms are clean, towels are changed, and the rooms are spacious. I liked everything and will definitely return, this time with my children. Even the parking we reserved directly with the hotel was very smooth; it’s on the street next to the hotel. Nothing—everything is wonderful.

“Ok but nothing special”

Location, staff, skybar gym all good. Breakfast was terrible. All but one coffee machine out of order, so huge queues. No clean crockery or glassware. Chaos and a woman who could not care less in charge. To be fair as soon as I complained the helpful reception staff refunded me the cost. Although could see the cathedral and sea from the room, there was also a massive car park which rather spoiled things. Cleaning staff left us without shower gel for a couple of days and in the end we bought some. Overall it was ok but not really value for money. As above
