The staff were great, the rooms were stylish, and the breakfast was good, yet a sink leak forced us to use the kitchen sink because a repair person couldn’t be sent on a Saturday night; the staff offered to move us, but we were already settled, so the inconvenience remained.

Location was great, far enough to be away from the busyness of Greenpoint without being too close. The lofted space was really nice!. Amenities were okay. Had to request towels be in the room and after an hour and a half we asked again and they said room service was still drying them? I guess the property has only 1 set of towels for each room. The tv’s were nice except none of the apps were working on them. For some small things, the little inconveniences tend to add up which made the price of the room not worth it

The hotel has a nice style, but the service is pretty horrible; for $400 a night the hotel should ensure rooms are cleaned, yet that wasn’t done twice, the staff were unhelpful, and the wedding events keep guests up very late without prior notice.

The lobby was nice, the kitchen area was exceptional, the room was large with high ceilings, breakfast was tasty, but there was no natural light in the room.
