The shower was really powerful, but we found cockroaches in our room and the corridors, so the cleaning left a lot to be desired.
We loved the pool, the breakfast and the very comfortable room, but both washing machines were out of order so we couldn’t do any laundry there.

There was plenty of parking, but the bathroom was too small.

The room was spacious and the staff tried to help with the problem, but they couldn’t fix anything. The hotel was advertised as 4‑star, but it felt like 2‑star; Google says it’s 4‑star if you ask. There was no central air conditioning, only window units, which is unacceptable for a 4‑star place. The noise from the highway was relentless, and the AC’s auto mode didn’t work—when set to a certain temperature it kept blowing cold air far below the set point, so we had to wake up at night to turn it off. The same issue happened again, leading to sleepless nights. The staff offered a room change after the first night, but the new room was just as noisy, with no guarantee it would function properly. Breakfast quality was terrible, even by American standards; the pancakes and omelettes from machines tasted like cardboard, so we skipped it the next morning.
