I loved it—everything was very clean, brand new, and super comfortable. The staff were very polite and welcomed us wonderfully! I brought my two little dogs and they were also very well received! The breakfast was great, everything excellent! 10/10 ❤️

The location was very beautiful with a lovely view, close to nature in the countryside, it was great to wake up to the sound of birds and animals around, plus the reception and the contact with Alessandro were very good, excellent for tips and communication. The chalet was very well made, pretty and clean. Breakfast had many options and was very tasty.

The accommodation was excellent—clean, well‑maintained, cozy, and nicely decorated. The owner was also very polite and helpful, and we’ll definitely come back. The only downside is that the road leading to the lodge could be paved.

The entire stay was super enjoyable. From Natali at the front desk to the support from Mr. Alessandro, everything was delightful. The breakfast was delicious, and we stayed in the chalet with a hot tub, which was wonderful. Everything was very organized and brand‑new, and the place is beautiful. There was nothing that didn’t please us; everything was great. Kudos to the owners.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about—exactly nothing! We were greeted warmly from the first contact via ZAP and received great service. The facilities were flawless in every detail. I brought some items from home to prepare a fondue, and to my surprise the room had all the utensils needed. The breakfast was wonderful. My recommendation: at night, stroll around Monte Verde—it’s beautiful. Thanks to Alessandro and his wife, and best of luck; see you next time! Nothing to complain about!
