The location and facilities were pretty decent, and there were plenty of Japanese restaurants and bars on the opposite side of the lake. I didn’t have any particular complaints.

The service style was great. Nothing else to add.

The hotel was clean, which was a plus, but I had some issues with the hot water temperature being tricky to adjust and there were no tissues in my room.

The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, that was about the only positive aspect of my stay. Everything else was a disaster - the shower and sink were clogged, the location was inconvenient, the slippers smelled awful, the fridge didn't work, and to top it off, I was charged twice for the room, once for myself and once for my travel companion who was asked to pay again when she checked out alone.

I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the chairs, they looked dirty.
