The hotel looked modern with beautiful architecture, the room was comfy and fully equipped, and breakfast was tasty; the location was perfect for walking to all the city’s sights, and the staff were very attentive—especially the concierge Karen, who was flawless in guiding us. However, our room had a bathroom issue and we had to call maintenance.
