“The perfect place to stay in Laterza.”
The place was spotless and opulent inside and out, and the host couple were genuinely friendly and helpful. It works great for families or larger groups because there are three rooms with a shared kitchen, but even a single room offered good privacy and its own toilet and shower. Walking to the Laterza centre takes about 15 minutes, and parking is available and secure. The hosts are well known locally, so when the card machine at a shop failed and I had no cash, the shopkeeper simply suggested I settle the bill with Christina at L'ulivo D'oro.
