How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everyone on the team was super helpful, the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and the location was convenient for our activities and parking. However, the fact that you could use your room key to enter the breakfast room was annoying to the front desk staff, even though they were happy to assist.

Excellent location by Capo Market. We walked everywhere. Vibrant area, which despite the graffiti and rubbish felt non threatening. Great variety at breakfast. Immediately on arrival they made me cancel my Booking. com reservation as this would allow us to have a free breakfast. This should have been a warning bell. We were booked for 5 nights but had to spend the last 2 in another location 2 streets away as seemingly our room had to have emergency repairs! The new room was basic. Not even a paper cup! It seemed to be part of a new air bnb apartment with the kitchen area locked off

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and there was a large selection.

We had to climb about 45 stairs to reach our appointment, which we didn't know about because it was listed as “few…????”. So we ended up with a regular one that was not delightful.

This was the perfect property. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. The place itself was very comfortable and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay memorable, especially Luma, Giuseppe, and Samuel. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so older guests might struggle with the stairs.
