“Geweldig!”
What a fantastic stay. It exceeded our expectations. It is very luxurious and you are truly pampered. A beautiful, clean hotel. A particularly lovely room, breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. The location is great. Within a few minutes on foot you’re in the city centre. This stay is highly recommended. You really relax, especially at the beautiful pool, in the spa or in the wonderful bed.
“Luxuriös”
A beautiful accommodation with a very good restaurant. Everything was fine.
“Charming and quiet luxe.”
The place is very beautiful, luxurious, and well designed, with every detail considered. The room is modern, spacious, and very comfortable—something not always guaranteed in an older castle. The garden terrace and pool are lovely for breakfast and aperitivo, and the buffet breakfast is delicious.
The location was great – easy to reach from the bus/train station and easy to reach the rest of the city from the hotel. Our room was amazing, modern, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were welcomed with some thoughtful surprises and a spa kit. We enjoyed the wellness and pool area a lot. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, we especially liked the local products!
“Stylish hotel in good location”
A very nice hotel in a quiet spot in Bolzano, with huge rooms and incredibly comfy beds. The spa area is beautiful, and the pool is lovely. Staff are approachable and friendly, and breakfast is good with plenty of local produce. Parking is secure, though you have to pay extra, which is a bit surprising given the price. The building is stunning and thoughtfully restored. The mini‑bar is well stocked, and I appreciated the local gifts left in the room. However, a few small details fell short: the pillow menu didn’t have the pillows we asked for on the first night; the kettle in our room didn’t work, so we had to settle for a pot of hot water and no fresh milk for tea or coffee; the twin beds for our teenage kids were missing, forcing them to share a large double bed even though we had selected twins; the steam bath in the spa seemed faulty when we tried it; and the shower/bath area in the bedroom is behind glass with no privacy, which I can’t understand. For the price, I expected the hotel to handle these finer points better.
