“Greatly Disappointed”
The room was spotless, I'll give them that. But the rest of my stay was a letdown. I booked a room with an en-suite bathroom, expecting it to be suitable for two guests, and even got told there was a pool with a terrace and a private entrance. What I got was a cramped room with a terrible view and no sign of the promised amenities. The host tried to make up for it, but her unfriendly demeanor made me feel like I was stuck in a prison cell, not a guest in a B&B.
