“Towel is dirty AC is not working only stay in idle mode also there is no AC Remote provided by staff”

Nothing is good. Firstly hotel staff asked extra money as I have booked hotel at 655 INR but staff asked to pay 800 before stay and not confirmed this extra charges on call when I call for confirmation. ac not working,towel is dirty and very ordinary,tv isn't have the cable connection also no remote provided
