“The stay was nice and would recommend it. It was a little expensive.”

Breakfast offered a wide variety and the room was spotless, but I was annoyed that we had to put money on hold at the convenience stand even though we never used it; charges should only apply when the service is used.

“My wife and I both enjoyed the employees and found the hotel to be very acceptable.”

All employees performed superbly in housekeeping and at the front desk. Also all made us feel at home and offered to help on anything we needed. Our room was 227 and I think something should be done about the safety in the bathroom shower. I am an older adult with some physical limitations such that I want something that I can hold onto in case I might fall. Have not fallen yet but was truly concerned that there was literally nothing I could have reached to give support if I had slipped or lost balance. I limited my shower to my upper body and my hair while remaining on the bathroom floor. This is a possible hazard that could be remedied with minimal investment while also protecting the hotel from possible future liability if someone is hurt while showering

“We would stay here again.”

Breakfast was part of the package, but I still have to wait for the receipt to arrive by email; the checkout system was down and they promised an emailed receipt.
