“A great stay near the airport and the central train station.”

We stayed at B&B Simy, a nice and very clean apartment that was well equipped and offered excellent service, so highly recommended. The apartment was 5 m from the airport, 13 m from the central train station, priced at 63 euro, had good air conditioning, good value, nicely decorated rooms, clean linens, a very large room, comfortable beds, a kitchenette, an elevator, plenty of outlets, a fridge, a pleasant bathroom, excellent WiFi, and night lights by the beds. The only downside was the basic breakfast typical of most places in Italy, and there was no parking so you shouldn’t arrive by car.

The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable, but the location felt unsafe and unpleasant. The owner started cleaning our front coffee machine because it was dirty, and when she turned on the tap water leaked from another side, drying it with a towel she left from the shower. Overall, the place was visibly dirty, windows didn’t seal properly, and the elevator cost 10 céntimos of euro! I wouldn’t recommend staying there, especially since it’s far from the city center.

“Studio sympa pour quelques jours à Naples”

The welcome was very warm, the neighborhood is lively, and it’s close to Naples center (15–20 minute walk). For the price it’s perfect for 4–5 days in Naples, near the tram, train station, airport shuttle, and tourist buses. Drinks and snacks were offered upon arrival, and the air conditioning worked great.

The location is strategic near the station, so the metro is easy to reach. Following the manager’s advice, I parked on the street beneath the building for two days without any unpleasant surprises. Cleanliness was fine and the air conditioning was optimal. I was very satisfied.

“Soggiorno ottimo”

The house is small but very cute and clean, and the location is fine—everything else is as described. The only flaw is the fridge’s placement, which limits the table’s opening.
