Everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the modern, classy facilities felt welcoming; the staff were patient and considerate, keeping the noise level low at night, and the location was great – highly recommended.
The accommodation was peaceful even though it was situated in a bustling area.
The room was clean, the spot was convenient, the bathroom was nice, and it wasn’t noisy.

The room itself was fine, but our stay at Rezt Bangkok was a huge letdown. We chose the hotel because of its strong reviews, yet the experience was extremely disappointing. Before arriving, I messaged the hotel specifically asking for a fragrance‑free room due to our sensitivity to scents. The hotel read the message but never responded to that request. When we got there around midnight, the room was saturated with a strong fragrance that made it hard to breathe and caused my partner to become ill. We left the hotel the next morning after spending less than nine hours there. We had planned to leave our luggage at the hotel and explore Bangkok for a few hours before heading to the airport, but when we asked if there was a secure place to store bags, the staff simply pointed to a sign saying not to leave valuables. There was no luggage tag or system to identify or secure our bags, so we didn’t feel safe leaving our belongings there and instead went straight to the airport. Knowing this earlier would have let us keep our luggage in the room, explore the city first, and return to check out later. The location was also not what we expected; there was noticeable adult nightlife activity along the street, which some travelers might want to consider when choosing accommodation. Overall, we were extremely disappointed. The strong fragrance made the room unusable for us, and the lack of a secure luggage‑storage system made our departure even more inconvenient. We spent less than eight hours at the hotel despite paying for the night. We booked this hotel because of its positive reviews, but based on our experience, I would not recommend it.
