The room was spacious and the patio was nice. However, I had to share a bathroom with another room without any prior notice, and there was no television available.

The place sits right in the Alfama district, clean, with a green room that has an in-room bathroom, a spotless kitchen complete with a washing machine, coffee machine, and kettle—everything you need if you want to cook. The staff were attentive and explained everything well. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect.

The accommodation is centrally located and everything is easily reachable. There were blinds, but they couldn't close completely. The mattress in our room was very soft and sagged, leaving our backs curved after three nights. The pillows were far too thick, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the outdoor noise was loud; we could only sleep with earplugs, yet even without vehicles we could hear through the night. There was a damp smell from the interior bathroom. The toilet flush in the neighboring bathroom seemed defective, so we heard it running all the time. Because the kitchen and hallway were shared, we could hear other residents. We would not book again.
