A nice little hotel. We got decent food in the evening, and the price/quality ratio was really good.

Very quiet, pleasant place with friendly staff. The inn is on the ground floor. The old décor is nice. The transport links work great! Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in my room or on the floor, which made it hard for me since I had to work a lot on my laptop.

The staff were friendly, and for travelers the proximity to Reschenstraße and the nighttime quiet are good. Even though the description said there would be breakfast, there was none. It seems the staff are being cut back or simply don’t want to serve guests. This appears to be an internal strategy and is mentioned in other reviews. Dinner was okay but very bland: fries on the plate, schnitzel and that’s it. I’ve only seen that in Austrian fry stalls.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, so getting around was a breeze. The front desk was empty when I arrived and I waited a long time before anyone finally appeared, and the next morning there was still nobody in sight. The room itself was clean, but the décor feels stuck in another era. [/BODY]
