“Séjour idyllique avec une hospitalité roumaine incroyable”
We fell in love with this guesthouse. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with incredible warmth and kindness. The whole place is run by a family, and you can feel immediately how much heart they put into what they do. Everyone is adorable, attentive and does a fantastic job. We never encountered such a warm welcome during our stay. This is where we truly discovered what Romanian hospitality is, and what a beautiful find! We felt like we were staying with friends rather than just guests. The setting is also gorgeous: a real haven of peace. After several days touring Romania, we were able to settle down, enjoy the calm and truly rest. The pool is very nice and there’s also a bar on site, something we didn’t know about before coming. So you can spend the afternoon by the pool while ordering a beer, a cocktail or another drink. The menu is really affordable, which is genuinely appreciated. In the evening, dinner is served from 19:00 as a buffet, and it’s excellent! Everything is homemade, fresh, carefully prepared and truly delicious. We ate extremely well. It’s great to be able to enjoy the pool, have a drink at the bar and then dine right on site without having to drive back. The room was also perfect: very clean, comfortable, with bedding that made us sleep like babies. Everything was set for a wonderful stay. This guesthouse was truly an idyllic pause in our trip to Romania. We were genuinely sad to leave and immediately regretted not booking more nights. One night was far too short! Honestly, we can’t find anything to criticize.
