“The staff, facility, and room exceeded expectations. Very close to downtown and the river view was amazing. Many restaur”

Getting here was a breeze and the river view was great, but the parking lot was partially flooded; a sign about potential flood zones would help, and the handicapped area should be moved since most of the flooding happened there.

The location was spot on, though the king bed came with standard pillows and housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 am even though checkout was at 11 am.

“Wonderful experience front desk staff Superb”

We skipped breakfast, but the room itself was fine; the floor could have been cleaned a bit more and the bathroom felt a little dated, plus the closet didn’t offer enough space to stash a bag.
