The place is family‑only, no other guests, with multiple bathrooms, a parking spot, and close to the city center. However, the washing machine needs fixing, the overall cleanliness is lacking, and there are ants and other flying insects around.

The owner actually lives on the same property, so families don’t get privacy. The furniture is old and worn, no air‑conditioning in two bedrooms, and the outdoor courtyard is shared with the owner’s flat. The owner’s daughter’s attitude was also a bit off.
