Nice place, clean, good atmosphere, friendly staff, easy check‑in and check‑out, perfect location near the Colosseum and other spots. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Parking isn’t easy if you’re traveling with a car – there are some street spots that cost about 10 € per day, and nearby garages are extremely pricey, over 30 € per day. The bathroom was very small.

We were close to the Colosseum, but the place didn’t match the photos at all. It turned out to be a shared dorm, and we had another couple in the same room with us. The pictures made it look like two separate rooms side by side. There was no common room or front desk, and the host offered an alternative room in another building if we wanted to relax. The whole setup was misleading and didn’t reflect what was advertised online.

The area is safe, very close, and well connected to everything. The mattress could use a change, but overall the stay was great. I’d recommend it 100%.

The location was spot‑on, and there’s paid parking on the same street. The mini‑fridge was just a gimmick, the hair dryer was old and ineffective, and the bathroom door lock in room Rosa doesn’t work.
