The location was fine and the breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the hot tub stayed closed, just like at the Second Country Inn two weeks later. It was hard to locate staff—many times they were outside, and the front desk never answered the phone.

Everything we needed was close by. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, so we’ll stay there again.

Conveniently located, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast offered several options, and I appreciated the workout room; the equipment was more than adequate and in good working order. I made several visits in a short span, and the prices fluctuated wildly from week to week or weekend to weekend—curious? However, the room lacked towel bars, which is odd—no place to hang wet towels or hand towels. Breakfast could have had a better fruit selection, the toaster was slow, and some entree items ran out without quick replenishment. The hot water for tea was tepid, and the hot tub was out of order.

We enjoyed the stay and the bed was very comfortable—exactly what we needed after a long drive. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a shame the hot tub was out of order.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The light switch in the bathroom controls both the lights and the fan, not separately.
