The staff, especially Avital, were exceptional—friendly and professional. Lihi also gave a very warm welcome. The hotel sits right in the center of Nahalat Binyamin, with a superb vibe, restaurants and cafés in the evening and during the day, plus the fabulous Hacarmel shake. The room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We had a very pleasant stay and I would come back.
