“Une belle dernière étape à Marrakech”
The location is ideal if you’re walking, close to Jemaa el-Fna square; the riad is very quiet despite being in the heart of Marrakech; Rachid is natural, friendly, and very welcoming, making you feel at home quickly; the breakfast is hearty and excellent; Rachid was very helpful and attentive, especially when he came to pick us up after we struggled to find the riad. On the downside, the riad isn’t car‑accessible because of its souk location, so we really had a hard time finding it both by car and on foot at night; a tip is to search for “Contrôle Technique Marrakech” on GPS, then walk through the souks to reach the riad; another minor flaw is that the orange juice isn’t natural, which is disappointing, especially since in the 10 places we stayed during our tour, this was the only one where that happened while oranges are everywhere at Jemaa el-Fna.
