They charged me separately for the AC and told me it wasn’t included in the booking, yet nothing mentioned it anywhere.

“Wrost stay of my life”

Worst stay ever! The service was awful – lights went off at 11:00, came back at 1:30, and I had to stay in the dark without a fan. They even charged for water; I asked for a water bottle three times and didn’t get it until the evening. 100% not recommended.
