We received a very large room as an upgrade. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I could charge my electric car for free in the underground garage. The food was great, the view was phenomenal, and we could start hiking straight from the hotel. It was wonderful and we’ll gladly return.

The house on Passhöhe Faschina is very pretty, only five minutes to the cable car, and you can hike without a car; when it rains you can enjoy the nicely furnished spa with four saunas, three pools (one open air) and several relaxation rooms.

The staff were very friendly and they offered free charging for my electric car, plus the place was spotlessly clean. It would have been nice to stay in the newly renovated main building instead of the old annex, especially since there were hardly any other guests; the annex had no fridge at all, even though it was a 4‑star hotel charging €370 for the night.

The location was fantastic and the outdoor pool was a real plus, the half‑board meals were excellent and definitely worth recommending, and the staff were sweet and friendly.

I booked with breakfast and dinner, and that was definitely a good idea. From check‑in to meals to the room, everything was excellent, and we were upgraded at no extra cost to a better room with a view. The price is high and simple things like the spa were closed.
