The location is great, situated between two metro stations on line 5. Around the area there are McDonald’s, a market, restaurants, and cafés; I couldn’t see them all because it was raining heavily during my stay. The apartment’s equipment is new and everything worked, and the cleaning was good.

I really liked the entire apartment and the building itself, with new furniture and everything working perfectly; we didn’t miss anything. It’s a cozy place, with a very good location and polite staff. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to São Paulo!

The space and location were good. It met expectations but could use a more thorough cleaning. The bathroom should have a hygienic shower.

Well done. The flat has excellent facilities, is fully furnished and functional, organized, and especially clean. The only issue is the requirement to leave the car with a valet, which lacks care.
