I made it to the retreat, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. The reception area was empty when I arrived, and when someone finally showed up, they completely ignored me. I ended up leaving for Hanoi and paying the 25 euro cancellation fee without hesitation. It was a pretty frustrating experience from start to finish.

The room was spacious, clean, and cool, which was a big plus. However, the facilities were a bit outdated, which was a drawback. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but not exactly luxurious.
