The room was super nice and everything worked perfectly—ice box stayed cold, blow dryer was hot, and I loved it! The staff on the late afternoon shift, however, were not very friendly; when I arrived I had to wait about 4 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The young lady seemed busy finishing paperwork, didn’t look up or say “I’ll be with you,” and only after finishing her task did she look at me and say “what can I do” in a very monotone tone. I’m sure she was tired or had just dealt with a difficult customer, but it felt like I was an inconvenience. Still, the establishment itself is a wonderful place to stay.
