I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. The rooms were disgustingly dirty, and the staff seemed completely uncooperative. They even charged me extra money, which was not what I had agreed to when I booked my stay. The whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from the moment I arrived. The staff revised the stay charges when I checked in, demanding an additional Rs.2000 for a room that was filthy and poorly maintained, with no room service available. To make matters worse, the reception desk barely acknowledged me, and I didn't feel welcome at all.

I would strongly advise against booking this hotel online, as they tend to charge nearly double the price that I had originally booked for. When I tried to contact the booking platform for assistance, I was left on hold for an eternity, and when someone finally picked up, they were unable to resolve the issue. As a result, I was forced to pay double the price for my stay, which was a huge inconvenience.

My experience with this hotel was absolutely appalling. The staff were extremely rude and denied me a stay, which was completely unacceptable. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also very cheap and disgusting.
