The hotel is great, just a 2‑minute walk from Puno’s main square. The room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind, always ready to help and give advice. We booked excursions and taxis with them.

The hosts were lovely and helpful, offering useful tourist services. The location was good, within walking distance of the center. The room was roomy with comfortable beds (though the pillows were lacking). Hot water was lukewarm and the heating worked. Breakfast buffet was good but in small portions and not self‑served, which felt awkward to ask for. On the day of departure, they moved the entire meal to 5:45 for us, which was amazing. There was no bedside table, the room curtain was not sealed so the room stayed bright all night, and the shower curtain was too short, soaking everything; a floor‑drying towel would have helped. These are fixable issues, and the place is highly recommended.

The staff were attentive.

The staff were excellent, the location was superb—just two blocks from the main square—and the rooms had heating, which is very important in Puno. Breakfast was quite satisfying. Checkout at 10:30 kills the trip if you’re traveling for business; I’d suggest moving it to midday, as most hotels do.
