The spot was perfect for what we wanted to do nearby, and the people we met were lovely and helpful. The blinds’ control was positioned far from the windows, so we couldn’t see it; when we tried to lower the shades, one unspooled completely. We rang the front desk at 7:10 pm and left a message, but no one returned the call. The next morning we told the desk about the issue, and they seemed clueless. Also, most of the time I passed the front desk there was no one present.

Everything was great.

The place is in the heart of town and spotless! I was pleasantly surprised, especially thanks to Sheryl who was fantastic and pointed us toward kid‑friendly activities nearby. Thanks for everything—we hope to return.

The hotel is pretty and well‑located, but it’s too noisy—thin walls between rooms and balconies let sound travel into sleeping hours. Avoid if you need a good night’s rest. The double room is misleading: it’s one bed plus a fold‑out, not two beds. Breakfast was mediocre.
