The spot is spot on—just a 10‑minute stroll to the bustling town centre. The staff were incredibly helpful; I had some documents printed and they handled everything smoothly.

The location was excellent, the hotel is spotless and very well presented. The bed is incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the welcome, the prosecco, and most staff were charming. At that price there should have been complimentary drinking water in the rooms. It was a shock to find no water in the room fridge when I went to look, and being told by the night staff to drink the bathroom tap water if I wanted free drinking water was not appreciated, so I had to buy the overpriced hotel water from reception.
