Set in greenery on the outskirts of the city, the location is quiet and ideal for reaching Viterbo’s sights; the owner was very kind and present, stepping in quickly when severe weather caused problems; the two‑floor apartment is roomy, and the bedroom is huge! The exterior could use more attention in some spots, but remember it’s in the countryside.
The accommodation is very spacious and the fridge is large. The outdoor areas are poorly maintained, loungers haven’t been cleaned for a while, and many cats climb tables and chairs, moving recycling bags close to outdoor dining tables. The interiors need detail work, including the kitchenware provided.
A lovely place for a few days of relaxation; the real gem is the lady who runs it with great kindness and availability—highly recommended. Nothing else to note.

I liked everything: the isolated spot amid a hazelnut grove, the huge room, fully equipped kitchen, furnishings, large garden with loungers, hammocks, barbecue, pool… and the family‑friendly welcome from the owner. The location also lets you visit beautiful nearby places. Nothing to add.
The staff were very welcoming, but the pool was just okay.
