The animators were good, but the place was filthy, dishes were dirty, there was frequent lack of dishes and cutlery, the non‑alcoholic drinks were terrible, tables weren’t washed for even four days, and the loungers stayed dirty for two days after the storm.

We appreciated how spread out the property is, giving plenty of space for a large group to gather, but the biggest confusion was remembering which places open when; we had to take pictures of the schedule and keep them with us to know where we could grab food.

The sea was really clean and warm. The bar was a problem: it only opened at special times, half the drinks were pricey, and the food hours were limited and not always open.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially the waiters, bartenders, kitchen crew, and animation team, who were very attentive and warm, especially for families with kids. Unfortunately, the service did not match the price we paid. The biggest issue was cleanliness: despite asking several times, the room was not cleaned adequately. We expected a cleaner, more orderly environment from a hotel at this level. Finding someone to address problems or provide assistance was also very difficult; we couldn't locate a responsible person to explain or resolve issues. While the staff were friendly, the overall quality of service—particularly cleaning, problem handling, and food variety—did not justify the cost.

I booked a private parking spot but was forced to park outside even though plenty of private spaces were free, and the booking intermediary never answered my calls and only replied to emails the next day; I tried calling ten times with no answer.
