I appreciated the on‑site parking, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, laundry could be done on the premises, and the location is right in the center. No complaints.

The beds were good and the room was spacious with wardrobes, though the doors wouldn’t close. The armchairs in the lounge were nice but old and needed replacement. The view from the kitchen toward the harbor was beautiful. Walking to the city center took about 10 minutes, which was fine. After we complained, cleaning came several times. The Bird Guesthouse feels very worn out – the room was cold and there wasn’t much kitchen gear for cooking (just 1 teaspoon, 3 spoons, and poor pots and pans for 11 rooms). When we arrived, the trash fell out of the bin and there were no new bags to put in, so we had to empty it ourselves. When we opened the kitchen tap, water ran onto the table – it was very worn and needed replacement. The bathroom tap produced little water. A freezer was in the kitchen that needed defrosting and cleaning.

Central location, 10 minutes to the center, great connection to the free city bus. No shower, only a bathtub that required bending while washing.

The location was good. A supermarket that stays open late is right nearby.
